This is the blend we serve as the "mild" chili at cookoffs. It has a full chili taste with a little kick (hey, it's chili, it needs a little heat). |

This is the same as our mild blend with the exception that we use a hot variety of one of the powders. It's got more kick than the mild blend but it won't mask the flavor of the chili. |

Our extra hot chili blend further adjusts the balance between the hot and mild powders and adds a little bit of of pequin (a sneaky pepper that adds a delayed kick). While definitely hotter than the hot blend, it won't kill your taste buds or make you burst into flames. It may make you sweat. |
