Trial by Fire Salsa
Ingredients
| 1 lb | Roma (plum) Tomatoes, cored, diced | |
| 2 | Cloves Garlic, crushed | |
| 1/2 | Yellow Pepper, diced | |
| 1/4 | Red Onion, diced | |
| 2 | Jalapeno Peppers, seeded and minced | |
| 1 | Serrano Chile, seeded and minced | |
| 2/3 - 1 | Habanero Pepper, minced extremely fine (more or less to taste) | |
| 2 | Scallions, trimmed and sliced thin | |
| 1 1/2 | Limes, juiced | |
| 1 T | Tomato Paste | |
| 2 pkgs | Sazon Goya | |
| Fresh Cilantro, minced, to taste | ||
| Salt, to taste |
Directions
Cut vegetables and combine.
Sprinkle on Sazon Goya and mix.
Mix lime juice and tomato paste, pour onto salsa, mix well.
Add cilantro and salt to taste.
